Heyo, everyone! I wanted to share how easy it is to pick up plant-based whole foods diet! Right now, I’m doing a before & after challenge for my vegan-versary/birthday coming up early September. For this challenge, I’m hitting the gym almost every day and eating a lot more raw fruits and veggies to optimize my weight loss and maintain a healthy glow! This haul was around $100 (some other misc stuff was picked up to make it $150 total) Down below you’ll find a full list of what I picked up as well as a brief haul tour ☺️. Luckily, these are foods you can find at almost any grocery store. Keep in mind supporting local farmers markets are the best way to go.
